So, apparently Janet Nappy is getting ready to accept the office of Homeland Security . . . SERIOUSLY??? The lady who governs the state with an open artery to anyone interested in skipping across the boarder - and does NOTHING about it . . . yeah, lets let HER head up our entire nations security.
